How Did I get Started?

Hi! My name is Natalie Click, Owner and Master Stylist at The Holistic Hair Company. My goal is to provide exceptional service to my clients using only the best, holistic, and organic products. We specialize in hair but also carry a phenomenal line of skin care products. At The Holistic Hair Company we use only products from the Professional company, Simply Organic. Which means, all of our products are made and farmed using biodynamic ingredients, sourced from fair trade partners, packaged and shipped using only biodegradable and 100% recyclable material. They are eco- sustainable and never tested on animals. A mantra of theirs is living life the “Organic Way” or “OWAY,” and we try to model that very closely here at The Holistic Hair Company.

The Holistic Hair Company is located inside the building that houses Click Chiropractic. I have a one-stylist-chair salon with the hopes of expanding to a larger location in the future. I am humble enough to be able to offer such exceptional products to my clients while growing my business and raising my children.

Being that we are a family-owned business, running two businesses in one building my jobs double as Professional Stylist, Master-Insurance-Biller (for our Chiro Office) and Mom. You will often see my husband and children popping in to say hello. How much more Organic can we be?

I started this business because I believe wholeheartedly in these products and living this way of life. Am I perfect, absolutely not, but I try hard to raise my family, and run my business with the same concept of living. Application is the best practice.

How Did I get Started?

Long story short, I attended beauty school my junior and senior years of high school. I was in a dual-enrollment program and graduated with both my high school diploma and, sat for my boards that same month. I have been a licensed cosmetologist ever since. That was 2008. My love for creating beautiful hair has stemmed since I can remember. In fact, I am a third-generation hair stylist. After graduating, I set my sights on a BIG CITY, packed my things and moved to Atlanta, Georgia. I worked in a 5-star salon then called Michele Coulter Salon in Buckhead, GA. Though, my knowledge and my skill-set expanded greatly in the short time I was there, I quickly realized I was missing out on what most of my friends were doing; college. After being accepted into Purdue University, I packed my bags and headed for West Lafayette, IN. I studied Business Marketing and worked at a little salon on campus called Henni’s Hairshop. Working at Henni’s even further expanded my skill set, providing ample opportunity to diverse clients from all over the world. It is there that I added Brazilian Blow-Outs and Japanese Straightening to my list of certifications. I was hooked! On top of that and my studies at Purdue, I quickly set my hopes on becoming a business owner.
